Acceptance Required
By purchasing hardware or downloading our applications, you agree and are bound to the terms listed on this website.
Refund Policy
Hardware subject to return policy; application and subscriptions are generally non-refundable.
No Chargebacks Policy
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and additional recovery fees including local law enforcement reporting.
Good Standing
Software access is contingent on remaining in good standing with FUSION.
- Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing hardware from FUSION or downloading our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
- Payments and Refunds
- Hardware: All hardware sales are subject to our return policy.
- App Subscriptions: App purchases and subscriptions are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Refund Processing: If a refund is issued via a third-party processor (e.g., CashApp, Venmo, PayPal), that refund is considered final.
- Signature Confirmation: Any order with a total value over $300 requires signature confirmation for acceptance of delivery.
- Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We take chargebacks very seriously. A chargeback is a form of payment dispute that should only be used for unauthorized transactions.
- Double-Dipping
If a customer receives a voluntary refund from FUSION and subsequently files a chargeback for the same transaction, this will be flagged as fraudulent activity.
- Consequences
In the event of a chargeback, dispute, or reversal of payment, FUSION reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate access to any associated digital services or apps.
- Blacklist the customer from future purchases.
- Recover the original funds plus any bank-imposed “chargeback fees” (typically $15–$50).
- Account Suspension & Service Termination
FUSION reserves the right to disable, suspend, or terminate any user account or app access, without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Unresolved financial balances
- Fraudulent behavior or attempts to secure multiple refunds for a single item
- Abuse of our support staff
- Bullying on the platform
- Unacceptable behavior on the platform
- Hardware-Software Dependency
The FUSION App is designed to work with FUSION hardware. While the app is a separate purchase, access to the software ecosystem is a privilege contingent upon the user remaining in good standing with the company regarding all financial transactions.
- Limitation of Liability
Important Notice
FUSION is not responsible for any communication failures or safety issues arising from the use of our walkie-talkies or application in emergency situations. Use is at your own risk.
Notice: We reserve the right to suspend all services associated with an account if any transaction is disputed or flagged for fraudulent activity.
